Vice President of Finance – (PE-Backed Consultancy)

Key responsibilities:
- Take the reins as Vice President of Finance, overseeing finance operations and accounting across multiple regions (US, LATAM & Canada).
- Partner with executive leadership to drive strategy, improve operational efficiency, and deliver actionable financial insights.
- Drive process improvements, finance transformation, and reporting enhancements that make a real difference.
- Support M&A, portfolio company projects, and strategic initiatives for PE stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, building capability and ensuring results.
Qualifications:
- Proven as a VP of Finance, or equivalent, ideally in PE-backed companies or consultancy environments.
- Strong expertise in finance, FP&A, accounting, and operational finance.
- Experienced in interim leadership roles, delivering quick, tangible results.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-change environments and thrives under challenge.
- Skilled in leadership, communication, and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
