Your Role in Supporting Our Members:
As Senior Manager, Product – Digital Acquisition, you will lead the digital capabilities that drive new member growth for Vancity. You will build and scale the foundational acquisition capabilities that power this growth, owning the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital onboarding and acquisition journeys. You will partner closely with marketing, technology, risk, and operations to deliver compliant, high-conversion digital experiences.
This is a permanent, full-time remote role with occasional visits to our Vancouver and/or Toronto offices. While the role is ideally based out of the Vancity head office in BC, we are also considering Ontario-based candidates with the right skills and experience.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a small team of product managers by modelling a growth mindset and supporting ongoing professional development
- Product lead of a cross-functional agile pod including product owner, BSA, engineers, architects, QA, risk management and member experience professionals
- Defining and owning the digital acquisition product strategy and roadmap, aligned to member growth, revenue, and
- Driving new member acquisition through digital channels by optimizing onboarding funnels, conversion, and time-to-value
- Building scalable, compliant digital onboarding and account-opening capabilities that support deposit and lending growth as well as future cross-sell opportunities
- Partnering with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to test, learn, and iterate on acquisition experiences using data-driven insights
- Balancing growth, member experience, and risk by working closely with compliance, legal, and risk partners
- Establishing and evolving strong product management and growth experimentation practices across the digital acquisition portfolio
- Hand’s on, diving into execution details and removing blockers to ensure high-quality delivery
You have:
- 6+ years of relevant experience in digital product management, growth, within financial services, with experience driving customer or member acquisition
- Post-secondary degree in Business or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Strong understanding of digital acquisition funnels, onboarding journeys, and conversion optimization
- Experience using data, experimentation, and insights to inform product decisions and drive growth outcomes
- Familiarity with marketing technology, analytics platforms, and digital acquisition tooling
- Proven experience leading product teams and managing complex product portfolios in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of agile product management principles and practices
- Experience delivering digital products within complex, multi-vendor and regulated technology environments
- Ability to translate ambiguity into clear strategy, priorities, and execution plans
- Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory requirements related to digital onboarding and account opening
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with comfort operating in fast-moving, evolving environments
- Experience incorporating user experience and journey design best practices into digital products
Bonus points, if you have:
- Certification in Product Management or Business Analysis
- Added bonus if you have a Masters’ Degree in any of the above disciplines

What You’ll Earn:
This role offers a salary range of $116,500 - $150,000. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
