Role Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, guiding them through their real estate journey
- Manage a sales pipeline through calls, meetings, follow-ups, and email correspondence
- Consult with clients to understand their investment goals and recommend suitable options
- Attend pre-construction launches and provide Platinum Access insights
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Toronto’s real estate market
- Meet monthly business targets with a proactive approach
- Shoot Video content Listings plus educational
What We’re Looking For
- A licensed Real Estate Agent with RECO (or in the process of obtaining a license)
- Ambitious, self-motivated individuals with strong business acumen
- Knowledge of Toronto’s real estate and pre-construction market
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet monthly targets
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Must be willing to work on weekends
- Must be willing to work from the office
