Compensation: $18 - $22 / hour
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Golf Course Grounds Crew at Rochester Place Golf Club & Resort. If you love working outdoors and being part of a dynamic team, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and care of turf, plants, shrubs, trees, and other outdoor elements.
- Operate lawn mowing and landscaping equipment safely.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment for various golf events.
- Perform tasks such as fertilizing, pesticide application, and weed control, following safety guidelines and instructions.
- Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in lawn care or golf course maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
