Required Automobile Repair Shop Manager_NOC 60020
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Review and assess day-to-day operational activities
• Coordinate and schedule daily workflows and priorities
• Supervise employees and delegate responsibilities effectively
• Design and execute marketing and promotional initiatives
• Prepare budgets and track income, expenses, and overall financial performance
• Identify staffing needs and ensure appropriate workforce levels
• Address operational challenges, including customer concerns, complaints, and inventory shortages
• Lead recruitment efforts, including hiring, training, and supervising staff or volunteers
• Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate compensation
• Evaluate employee performance and conduct regular reviews
Education and experience
• Completion of College diploma or equivalent experience would be required.
• 1-2 years of experience in the related industry would be an asset.
Supervision ability: At-least 3-4 people or more
