Salary:
Larlyns greatest strength has always been its people its what makes us us. Due to continued growth in the Golden Horseshoe region, we are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team in Brantford as a Property Manager Limited Licence (LL).
The Property Manager LL will be on-site at The Ambrose in Brantford five (5) days per week. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Property Manager and gain hands-on exposure to both site-level operations and portfolio administration. He/She will also support administrative functions across the Brantford portfolio, working closely with the Property Administration Team
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day on-site property management
- Daily building checks: resolving minor issues, but reporting anything to the property manager that needs direction
- Supporting lease-up and operations upon occupancy
- Acting as a first point of contact for residents, contractors, and stakeholders
- Creating purchase orders in system
- Coordinating contractors and service providers
- Overseeing the cleaning of the building and building security systems
- Ensuring fire safety compliance
- Supporting administrative and portfolio functions to build operational knowledge
Licensing Requirements
- Must hold a CMRAO Limited Licence or
- Must be willing to enroll in and complete the CMRAO Limited Licence course as a condition of employment
Qualifications & Skills
- Property management experience or strong administrative experience in real estate, property management, or a related field
- Experience with Yardi is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in working with people
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Yardi experience is an asset but not required
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Compensation
Annual salary range: $40,000 $45,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications
