OPAL-RT est la recherche dun professionnel en dveloppement d'affaires ambitieux qui participera au succs de la compagnie. Le candidat slectionn possdera dexcellentes aptitudes de communication, un bon sens de lorganisation et une capacit travailler autant de faon autonome quau sein dune quipe de travail dynamique. Il sagit dun excellent poste pour une personne capable de prendre des initiatives et qui est la recherche de dfis.
Sous la supervision du chef d'quipe Solutions Client, lAnalyste de Solutions Client se joint une quipe bien tablie de professionnels chevronns dans le domaine des ventes techniques et du marketing pour participer nos fonctions mondiales de vente et de marketing de solutions faites sur mesures que ce soit en intgration ou en R&D.
Au sein de ce rle, le candidat slectionn aura la charge de l'interaction et du suivi avec les clients, de la saisie et la vrification des devis commerciaux puis participation aux jalons cls des commandes clients auxquelles il aura particip en prvente.
Les domaines applicatifs seront principalement centrs sur le domaine de llectronique de Puissance et nergie. Par contre, le candidat pourrait tre appeler supporter ses collgues dans les autres domaines dapplication chez OPAL-RT comme arospatial, la dfense, lautomobile, autonomie, etc.
Principales responsabilits :
- valuer les spcifications techniques, les besoins et les objectifs du client pour dterminer quelles configurations de matrielles et logicielles seraient les plus appropries;
- Aider nos reprsentants commerciaux prparer des propositions de projets techniques, rechercher et compiler des devis commerciaux pour nos clients;
- Aider nos reprsentants commerciaux dans la prparation de loffre, ainsi que dans le suivi tout au long de la dure du processus, y compris, si ncessaire, la rvision et la ngociation des contrats;
- Effectuer des prsentations techniques et des dmonstrations de produits OPAL-RT et National Instruments autant au niveau matriel que logiciel linterne, ainsi qu de potentiels clients;
- Coordonner et assister aux dmonstrations des quipements OPAL-RT et National Instruments chez de potentiels clients;
- Participer des visites clients au Canada et ailleurs dans le monde;
- Participer des salons professionnels et des confrences internationales en tant quexposant ou de visiteur reprsentant OPAL-RT.
Exigences:
- Scolarit: Baccalaurat ou Maitrise en gnie lectrique, informatique ou mcanique;
- Exprience : 2 5 ans d'exprience dans un rle technique ou de gestion de la clientle. Une exprience dans le domaine de l'nergie;
- Connaissances requises :exprience avec MATLAB/Simulink, RT-LAB et sa suite logicielle, ainsi que National Instruments LabVIEW et VeriSTAND sont considrs comme des atouts;
- Connaissances linguistiques :Franais obligatoire. Anglais niveau professionnel avanc (oral et crit) pour la communication avec les clients anglophones.
- Comptences recherches: Excellente communication crite et verbale, sens de lorganisation et qualits interpersonnelles. Capable de travailler sous pression, ax sur les rsultats, attitude positive, excellent esprit d'quipe, aime aider ses collgues et les clients.

Reporting to the Custom Solutions Team leader, the Customer Solutions Analyst joins a well-established team of passionate technical sales and marketing professionals to participate in our global sales and marketing of our custom integrated solutions and R&D projects.
Within this role, the selected candidate will oversee interaction and follow-up with customers, building and verifying commercial quotes and then participating in customer projects key milestones of quoted opportunities.
The application areas will focus mainly on Power Systems and Energy. The candidate may be called upon to support their colleagues with OPAL-RT's other application areas such as aerospace and defense, automotive, autonomy, etc.
Main responsibilities:
- Evaluate the technical specifications, needs, and objectives of the client to determine the most appropriate hardware and software configurations;
- Assist sales representatives preparing technical project proposals, researching and compiling commercial quotes for our clients;
- Assist sales representative presenting offers as well as following up throughout the duration of the process, including, if necessary, the review and negotiation of contracts;
- Perform technical presentations and demonstrations of OPAL-RT and National Instruments products both at the hardware and software level internally and to potential customers;
- Coordinate and attend demonstrations of OPAL-RT and National Instruments equipment at potential customer sites;
- Participate in customer visits in Canada and abroad;
- Participate in trade shows and international conferences in Canada and abroad as an exhibitor or visitor representing OPAL-RT.
Requirements:
- Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Computer or Mechanical Engineering;
- Experience:2-5 years of experience in a technical or customer management role. Experience in the energy industry;
- Knowledge Required:Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, RT-LAB and its software suite as well as National Instruments LabVIEW and VeriSTAND is considered an asset;
- Language abilities:French is mandatory. Excellent English skills (oral and written) for communication with English-speaking customers.
- Soft skills:Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Able to work under pressure, results oriented, positive attitude, excellent team player, enjoys helping colleagues.
