The General Laborer will be responsible for supporting many operations of Sunterra Horticulture and perform various required duties as assigned.
This is a 40-hour a week position; weekend work may be required. This position is Seasonal typically operating May-November.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with Production Supervision and management to determine priorities and courses of action to improve product quality and employee safety
- Ensure all company procedures are being followed
- At all times work in a manner that maintains the safety of themselves and others
- Work extra hours as required to keep production running
- Additional duties as required
- Perform other duties as assigned.
