Job Description
Duties:
•Prepare and cook full course meals;
•Prepare and cook individual dishes and food;
•Plan menus and manage kitchen operations;
•Prepare Schedule for Cooks
•Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions;
•Work with minimal supervision;
•Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food;
•Order supplies and equipment;
•Supervise Cooks and other kitchen staff
•Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;
•Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, etc.)
Skill: - Must specialize in preparing all types of Indian Dishes.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience is required
