Coach Canada is an industry leader in transportation services offering charter service, schedule service, contract services and sightseeing tours. We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business growth across Ontario.
This is a field-based position, reporting out of our Mississauga office. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Coach Canada's services to a broad range of customers throughout the province, positioning Coach Canada as the transportation partner of choice. Regular travel is required to meet with prospective clients, attend industry and networking events, and pursue new business opportunities. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
Outside Sales Representative - Position Overview
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting new opportunities, conducting in-person client meetings, identifying transportation needs, and securing new business. This role requires initiative, persistence, and the ability to represent Coach Canada professionally and competitively in the market.
Outside Sales Representative Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy
- Conduct in-person client meetings, site visits, and presentations
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry engagement
- Identify opportunities within corporate, institutional, tourism, event, and school markets
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and service recommendations tailored to client needs
- Achieve and exceed established sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and sales reporting
- Represent Coach Canada at networking events and industry functions
Outside Sales Representative Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, preferably in the transportation industry
- Strong track record of prospecting and closing new business
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the GTA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an asset
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience
