PayMyTuition is a leading education payments platform supporting colleges and universities across North America and globally. Our solutions power student payments, refunds, payment plans, and international transactions for institutions processing millions of dollars annually.
We are looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of higher-education clients across North America.
This role is client-facing and relationship-driven. You will act as the primary point of contact for institutional partners after onboarding, ensuring strong adoption, ongoing success, and long-term retention.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of colleges and universities using PayMyTuition’s integrated payment systems
- Serve as the primary contact for finance, student accounts, and administrative teams
- Lead regular check-in calls and account reviews
- Respond to client inquiries and provide front-line support for administrators
- Deliver training for new users and ongoing refresher sessions
- Assist with account maintenance, configuration updates, and workflow changes
- Coordinate internally with product, implementation, and support teams to resolve issues
- Monitor account health and usage trends
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional solutions
- Support renewals and account expansion initiatives
Who You Are
- 2–5 years experience in account management, customer success, or client services
- Comfortable managing multiple enterprise-level accounts
- Strong communicator who can lead conversations with professional stakeholders
- Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Confident working with technology and learning complex platforms
- Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of client issues
Experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, or higher education is a strong asset.
