What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient and safe production of ready-mix concrete.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on plant systems and machinery.
- Coordinate with dispatch and drivers to maintain consistent production flow.
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure material quality standards are met.
- Support a clean, organized, and compliant worksite through daily housekeeping and safety practices.
