Role Overview
As a Futures Business Development Manager, you will own relationship-building and growth initiatives across futures trading communities and strategic partners. You will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to translate market insights into execution and measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Partnership & Ecosystem Development
Build and manage relationships with brokers, affiliates, KOLs, influencers, and trading communities
Identify and activate new partnerships to increase futures users and trading volume
Coordinate joint campaigns, promotions, and community activations
Futures Product Growth
Gather feedback from traders, partners, and communities
Collaborate with internal teams to influence product improvements and feature development
Support positioning of the platform as a leading destination for futures traders
Business Development Execution
Execute regional and global BD strategies tied to user growth and volume targets
Track performance metrics and adjust initiatives based on market signals
Support expansion efforts across priority regions and trading segments
Qualifications
Required
1.5+ years of experience in crypto business development, growth, or sales
Strong understanding of crypto trading communities, especially futures or derivatives
Ability to move quickly from insight to execution with high ownership
Crypto-native mindset with strong interest in Web3 and derivatives markets
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
Preferred
Existing network of brokers, affiliates, KOLs, or VIP traders
Experience running BD or co-marketing campaigns with trading communities
Understanding of perpetuals, funding rates, and futures trading mechanics
