Responsibilities:
·Growing lease revenue across the Atlantic region by developing new business opportunities
·Strengthening existing accounts and identifying ways to improve profitability
·Converting rental customers into long-term lease agreements through consultative selling
·Building and executing territory and account plans to drive sustainable revenue growth
·Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets
·Preparing and presenting quotes, negotiating agreements, and closing deals
·Using Salesforce to manage pipeline activity and ensure timely follow-ups
·Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customers receive excellent service
·Proactively prospecting for new business using networking, LinkedIn, and other tools
Skills and Responsibilities:
·5+ years of outside sales experience
·Transportation industry experience (an asset, not mandatory)
·Confidence selling to decision-makers at all levels
·Strong communication and presentation skills
·Solid organizational skills and comfort using Microsoft Office and Salesforce
·A track record of success in a competitive sales environment
·A motivated, self-driven approach with strong follow-through
