Our client is a well-established and growing organization, seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Edmonton operations. This role is responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including operations, customer service, team leadership, and financial results, while also supporting sales activity and strengthening customer relationships.
The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations such as scheduling, procurement, inventory coordination, logistics, and quality control to ensure projects and orders are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to company quality standards. The role will also respond to customer inquiries, support quoting and order intake as needed, and work closely with sales and head office teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders and projects. Ongoing focus will be placed on maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to repeat business and local market growth.
From a leadership perspective, the Branch Manager will be responsible for building, coaching, and motivating a high-performing team, fostering a positive, accountable, and safety-focused culture. This individual will represent the company in the local market and play a role in strengthening the branch’s reputation and customer base.
The ideal candidate will bring:- Experience in operations, or site management within industrial, construction, manufacturing, or service-based environments
- Previous experience supporting sales activities and building customer relationships
- Strong people leadership skills and experience managing multi-functional teams
- Solid understanding of scheduling, procurement, logistics, and quality assurance processes
- Financial acumen with exposure to budgets, margins, and cost controls
- A hands-on, customer-focused leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving abilities
