Note: This is an on-site role in Oakville, ON.

What youll do here:
- Manage inbound and outbound sales activities for assigned accounts and prospects.
- Qualify leads and recommend appropriate HVAC or mechanical product solutions.
- Prepare and deliver quotations and pricing in coordination with engineering and operations teams.
- Serve as a primary customer contact from inquiry through order fulfillment.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate product selection.
- Collaborate with outside sales and product teams on complex applications.
- Maintain accurate customer and order data in CRM and ERP systems.
- Follow up on quotations and manage sales pipelines to close opportunities.
- Support customer retention through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Stay current on product offerings and industry trends.
The experience you bring:
- 2+ years of customercentric or inside-sales experience in parts or equipment environments.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or related mechanical industries.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication, organization, and accuracy skills.
- Problemsolving ability and comfort working in a fastpaced environment.
- Motivated selfstarter with a growth mindset.
