What You'll Do
Patient Care
Provide hands on care with a focus on safety, comfort, and high quality medical support
Promote a positive, fear free experience for every patient
Client Communication
Strengthen the client-animal bond through clear, compassionate communication
Support clients through phone, text, email, and video chat
Surgery & Dentistry
Assist with anesthesia monitoring, patient prep, dental radiographs, and dental cleanings
Ensure smooth, safe surgical flow and excellent patient outcomes
Laboratory Work
Perform in house IDEXX diagnostics, fecal analysis, and basic cytology
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all lab processes
Appointment Support
Assist veterinarians during exams and treatments
Help maintain efficient, organized appointment flow
Record Keeping
Ensure accurate, professional medical records and drug logs
Uphold high standards of documentation and compliance
Continuing Education
Stay current with new skills, technologies, and best practices
