Salary:
BOYNECLARKE LLP is seeking a Chief Operating Officer as a member of our leadership team. The COO will work closely with our CEO & Managing Partner, Executive Committee, and Chief Strategy & Legal Officer. In particular, the COO will coordinate with the CSLO to implement the Firms strategy and will ensure, along with the CSLO, that all operational initiatives align with the Firms strategy.
The COO will report to the CEO & Managing Partner and the Executive Committee, and will support and guide the Firms administration, marketing, people & culture, technology, and facilities teams.
BOYNECLARKEs operations team plays a key role in ensuring our Lawyers have the tools, resources, and support necessary to serve our clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and hands-on leader whose goal is to ensure our Firms ability to deliver best in class support to our clients.They will have at least 10 years experience as a senior leader with proven experience in getting the best from your team. The successful candidate believes in getting things done and ensures day-to-day operations run effectively while also moving forward key Firm initiatives.
Previous experience within professional services, particularly a law firm, considered an asset.
