What You’ll DoLead, coach, and support a team of technicians and apprentices
Provide expert diagnostics and assist with complex repairs
Perform quality control checks to ensure top-tier workmanship
Keep the shop safe, organized, and running efficiently
Collaborate with service advisors and management to exceed customer expectations
Train and mentor technicians to grow skills and boost performance
Monitor productivity, efficiency, and turnaround times
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental standards
What You Bring5+ years of automotive repair experience (leadership experience a plus)
Advanced diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to motivate and lead a team
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Confidence working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
