VIBRANT is a leading commercial marketing agency in North America, specializing in creating innovative solutions, effective marketing strategies, and sales actions that drive our clients' success. We work with a diverse range of companies, including large brands, startups, and competitor groups.
As part of our incredible growth, we are looking for a Territory Sales Representative to provide exceptional service to clients of our partner, who offers high-quality bakery products and snacks. To apply for this role, it is essential to have a valid driver's license and exclusive access to a car.
This is a 12 week contract opportunity

- Fixed 24 hour/three day workweek, Monday, Thursday and Friday

- Support stores in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and surrounding area
- Work in partnership with a leading national brand, Bimbo Canada

- Work on the road as an independent contractor
Responsibilities
- Execute in store sales calls following a defined Monday, Thursday and Friday call cycle
- Support customer programs by selling approved initiatives and maintaining agreed shelf space
- Complete execution audits, merchandising checks, and photo capture using an iPad
- Assist with restocking and setting up displays as required
- Provide daily summaries of key observations including in stock levels, back stock, and marketing activations
- Act as the eyes and arms in field to support distributor relationships and execution standards
- Relay field insights to the appropriate Market Sales Lead to support distributor and operator reviews
- Uphold brand standards and ensure consistent execution throughout the territory
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid drivers license and exclusive access to a vehicle
- Comfortable working independently in a field based role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic physical capability to support light restocking and display setup
- Comfortable using technology, including iPad based application
