Senior Commercial Account Manager Location: Vaughan, Ontario
Salary: $85,000-$95,000 per year + commission

Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts approx 2.5 million, ensuring exceptional client service and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, policy changes, renewals, and risk management advice.
- Prepare and process submissions, applications, proposals, cover notes, certificates, and invoices.
- Collaborate with Producers to develop client strategies, address emerging issues, and create comprehensive insurance solutions.
- Review policy documents for accuracy before delivery to clients.
- Conduct coverage and risk analysis to ensure clients are properly protected.
- Market new and renewal business, negotiating with underwriters to secure the best terms.
- Maintain accurate documentation and workflows in Epic.
- Support other team members as needed and contribute to team success.
- Participate in cross-selling initiatives and client engagement campaigns.
- Stay current with product knowledge and evolving market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurer partners and clients.
Qualifications- Active RIBO license in good standing (required).
- 8+ years of commercial insurance experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Epic, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
