Job Summary:
We are looking to hire an Industrial Recruiter for our Industrial Recruitment Division in British Columbia. This is a great opportunity for motivated staffing professionals who enjoy placing and building great relationships with general industrial temporary, contract, and permanent candidates. This role is based at our Burnaby, BC office, located at 4190 Lougheed Highway, Suite 400, Burnaby, BC V5C 6A8.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruiting
- Positions recruit for are general labor, machine operator, forklift operators, production staff, etc.
- High volume daily calls, interviews, and placements
- Social media & applicant tracking system (ATS/CRM) management; make sure all candidates are screened on time and daily recruitment activities are entered into the system
- Partner/collaborate with other internal team & client representatives; fulfill staffing request & job order requirements
- Administration (ex. timesheet management, client & candidate updates)
- Candidate management (build pipeline, maintain relationships, and skill market top talents!)
- Support team members, when required
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Industrial recruiting and staffing industry experience
- Can work in a fast paced, changing environment
- Strong administrative skills with excellent data entry and MS Office proficiency
- Great time management skills; able to manage & prioritize changing priorities
- Team player; collaborative; roll up their sleeve to help others
- Can work hybrid and potentially on-site 5 days a week when required
- Have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable vehicle to visit client site when required
- Strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Personable, energetic, positive with a “can-do” attitude!
