Role Overview:
Our client — a renowned global software company that acquires, manages, and builds industry-specific software companies — is seeking a delivery-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume hiring initiatives. This is an urgent requirement for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage approximately 25–30 active requisitions across multiple business units while meeting competing deadlines.
This is a contractual opportunity with strong potential to transition into a permanent role, based on performance and business needs. The role requires strong prioritization, ownership, and structured communication. The successful candidate will partner closely with various business units to ensure hiring goals are achieved efficiently while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and own approximately 25–30 open roles across multiple business units.
- Partner with hiring managers and business units to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates in competitive markets.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job boards, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback cycles, and drive timely hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate and structured candidate pipelines within ATS and/or recruitment systems.
- Provide regular updates and insights to business units regarding hiring progress.
- Prioritize requisitions dynamically based on urgency and business impact.
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Share market insights, talent availability trends, and compensation benchmarks with business leaders.Identify and recommend improvements to enhance recruitment processes and efficiency.
Reporting Structure:
Reports to Talent Leadership while working closely with multiple business units in a matrix environment.
Qualifications:
Required
- 2+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume hiring and multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder and business partnership skills.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
- Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement capabilities.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High accountability and ability to work independently
Preferred
- Experience hiring for software, product, or technical roles.
Background in fast-paced, high-growth, or agency environments.
Familiarity with data-driven recruitment and pipeline management.
Experience negotiating and closing candidates in competitive markets
Work Environment & Logistics:
- Hybrid work model with a combination of in-office and remote work.
Average 40 hours per week, aligned with business needs.
