Daily Operations & Provider Coordination Lead (Part-Time)

This is NOT a clinical or therapy provider role.
OneHealth is seeking a highly organized, confident Operations Lead to manage the daily flow, coordination, and readiness of our therapy centre. This role focuses on operations, accountability, communication, and systems, ensuring providers can deliver therapy in a safe, prepared, and well-organized environment.
Schedule
- Part-time (2025 hours/week)
- Morning-based (ideal: 7:3012:30 or 8:001:00)
- On-site
Key Responsibilities
- Open the centre and ensure daily operational and program readiness
- Coordinate provider schedules, room assignments, coverage, and breaks
- Ensure providers are on time, signed in, and prepared
- Monitor and follow up on daily documentation completion
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe therapy rooms and shared spaces
- Ensure activities, materials, and visual schedules are prepared
- Oversee sensory therapy equipment organization, safety, and readiness
- Manage operational use of equipment and supplies
- Support provider recruitment coordination and onboarding logistics
- Onboard new providers to centre flow, room standards, and expectations
- Work closely with Lead Providers to support daily operations
- Coordinate care team meetings and provider meetings (scheduling, logistics)
- Manage operational email communication with families (non-clinical)
- Enforce room reset and end-of-day closing protocols
- Hold providers accountable to operational roles and expectations calmly and consistently
