REGISTERED SOCIAL WORKER
We are looking for a Social Worker with experience in the fields of psycho-social rehabilitation and assessment, complex mental health, case management, neurorehabilitation, and/or chronic pain to provide in-home support.
Requirements to Succeed:
- Registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
- Masters Degree in Social Work is an asset
- Experience working with the MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident) system will be an asset
- Registration with the Order of Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists of Quebec is an asset
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Experience in providing counselling to people of all developmental ages - child, youth, young adults, and adults, as well as family counselling
- Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle
- Strong verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team
- Proficient computer skills (i.e. ability to work in MS Word and Outlook)
- Bilingualism in a second language is a bonus, specifically French, Arabic, & Persian

RATE OF PAY
70% of billables (Pay varies with experience and file type)
