About Allnorth
BIG ENOUGH TO KNOW HOW, SMALL ENOUGH TO KNOW YOU
Allnorth is a multi-disciplinary engineering, project delivery, and construction services company. We provide smart and practical project solutions to clients in the metals and minerals, energy and renewables, fiber and chemicals, and infrastructure sectors. With offices across Canada and into the United States, we continue to grow!
Our team is our most valuable asset, and a triple bottom line (TBL) philosophy is at the heart of our business. When it comes to guiding principles, safety is part of our DNA protecting our people, our clients and our communities. It takes a talented, motivated and empowered team to delight our clients while driving profitability for all parties. Our mutual success requires that we are committed to building and nurturing Indigenous relationships, supporting our communities, and recognizing the importance of environmental stewardship.
Our Ideal Candidate
Allnorth is currently looking for a Project Manager to support our growing Project Delivery team. The right candidate is client-facing and capable of taking projects from opportunity through closeout, driving clear scope definition, strong project controls, and steady execution.
You are comfortable leading multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating subcontractors, and keeping stakeholders aligned across competing priorities. You have a track record of executing projects and course-correcting early, with confidence in schedules, cost forecasting, change management, risk tracking, and project reporting. Perhaps most importantly, you can communicate issues and options in a collaborative way that drives timely decisions.
You are also flexible and field-ready. This is a hybrid role reporting to the nearest Allnorth office (Vancouver, Kelowna, or Calgary), with site-based assignments/rotations in BC, Yukon, Ontario, or other locations as project needs require, typically on 2:2 rotations.
Working collaboratively with other Allnorth groups and subcontractors, you will have the opportunity to work with and lead team members to successfully deliver fast-paced projects for clients throughout Canada.
