We are a fast-growing learning center in Canada, offering high-quality coding and STEM programs for kids and teens. We are looking for an Enrollment Specialist to join our team and help more families discover our online programs.
This is a flexible, performance-based role perfect for someone who enjoys talking to parents, building community connections, and working on their own schedule.
What You’ll Do
Promote our programs online or in your local community (online and offline).
Hand out flyers at schools, community centres, or anywhere you have connections.
Respond to parents, schedule trial classes, and help them register.
Build long-term relationships with families and the community.
Achieve monthly enrollment goals and earn commissions.
What We Offer
Flexible hours work on your own schedule.
All marketing materials provided: flyers, coupons, promotional emails, and anything you need to perform your duties.
Referral code system:
You’ll receive a unique referral code to share with families.
Families who register with your code get 10% off tuition for their first 3 months.
You earn a $50 referral bonus for each new student’s first month, and $25 for every month thereafter as long as the student stays with us.
You’ll be copied on all emails and communications for students you refer, so you stay in the loop.
Ex: You referred 10 students per month for a year (120 students total), and they all continue, you could be earning $25 120 = $3,000 in passive monthly income on top of your $50 first-month bonuses.
Who You Are
Outgoing and comfortable talking to parents.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and reliable.
Connected to the local community (schools, parent groups, clubs a plus!).
Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
