Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic to join its vibrant team. Youll collaborate closely with operations teams, provide clear maintenance feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Your Work Schedule
- 12-hour shifts (4 on 4 off) From 5:30 am - 5:30 pm or 5:30 pm - 5:30 am. It may vary according to company needs.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Undertake the preventive maintenance of industrial equipment and infrastructures
- Ensure the timely and effective repairs and adjustments related to industrial equipment
- Fabricate parts for industrial equipment
- Register maintenance information using the appropriate systems
- Provide thorough and accurate feedback to all departments regarding pending maintenance
- Actively manage the inventory of available parts and components.
What Were Looking For
- Certification as a Heavy Duty Mechanic
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with heavy industrial or logistics equipment
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working in outdoor environments

As a Heavy Duty Mechanic, you play a critical role in keeping our industrial equipment running efficiently to support the flow of international logistics operations. This is a hands-on, outdoor role. Youll work in dynamic industrial environments and must be comfortable working outside in varying weather conditions.
