Gardner Electric is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing Halifax team.
This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a long-term career in the electrical construction industry. You’ll work closely with our Project Managers and field teams to help deliver major commercial and multi-residential projects across Atlantic Canada.
Responsibilities
• Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination
• Track RFIs, submittals, and project documentation using Procore
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries
• Support project scheduling and progress tracking
• Communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, and field teams
• Help maintain organized project records and closeout documents
Qualifications
• Education in Construction Management, Engineering Technology, or Electrical Technology (or similar)
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Construction or electrical experience is an asset
• Willingness to learn modern project management tools like Procore
