Youll love your position as an Service Advisor:
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions.
- Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labour and calculating customer's payments.
- Prepare repair orders by describing symptoms, and causes discovered, as well as services required.
- Obtain approval signatures and enter RO's into service database system.
- Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates, expected return of vehicle and obtain customer's approval of estimates.
- Obtain and provide contact telephone numbers, answer questions and concerns and arranging towing and temporary transportation.
- Maintain accurate records by recording problems and corrective actions planned.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, manufacturers information, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to up-sell!
- A growth mindset and a hunger to excel.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years in a customer service role.
- Previous Service Advisor experience is an asset.
- Strong communication, organization and attention to detail.
- Technically savvy and previous DMS experience is a plus.
- Valid G Drivers License and a clean driver's abstract.
