Project Manager - Electrical

We specialize in Low and Medium Voltage ICI EPC construction and electrical maintenance projects, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions for our clients. As a Project Manager, you will lead electrical construction & high voltage projects from planning through completion. You will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, client communication, team coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction to close-out
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Review drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
- Monitor project costs and approve invoices
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Lead site meetings and provide regular progress updates
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Support change order management, estimates and contract administration
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of electrical project management experience (commercial/industrial preferred)
- Electrical Engineering degree, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices
- Experience managing budgets and schedules
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
