Job description:Con-Frame Ltd is actively seeking skilled and motivated Forming and Framing Carpenters to join our expanding team. We're looking for career-oriented individuals who are eager to grow with our company and advance their skillset.Con-Frame LTD is a structural contractor specializing in comprehensive concrete forming and wood framing solutions. We proudly serve the high-end residential and light commercial construction markets in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Our projects are diverse, ranging from new construction to extensive renovations and structural rebuilds, often involving unique and complex designs with stringent tolerances and a mandatory attention to detail.We're looking for individuals with experience in either framing, concrete formwork, or both disciplines.Requirements:Proven carpentry experience in forming, framing, or both.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Strong understanding of building walls, floors, and roof structures.Experience with footings, walls, and slab forms.Ability to assist with concrete placement.Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.Valid Working at Heights training.Must possess basic Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and a tool belt with essential hand tools.A minimum of 1 year of carpentry experience is preferred.Our clients demand the highest standards of quality, consistency, and professionalism.
