Youll join our Corporate Services IT Operations team, collaborating with and supporting team members across North America and globally. Working across time zones means broader exposure, real ownership, and real opportunities to grow.
In this role you will work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours blending half days in our St. Johns, NL office with meaningful face time, collaboration, and mentorship with your team, and flexibility in how you structure the rest of your day from home or the office. It is a schedule that offers the best of both worlds.
The Role
You wont just answer tickets. Youll help power and support a global organization.
- Provide front-line Help Desk support and troubleshoot user issues
- Onboard new employees laptops, accounts, system access, and setup
- Image and deploy laptops using Intune and configure end-user peripherals
- Monitor and manage Help Desk tickets to keep things moving efficiently
- Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking accuracy
- Support technologies including:
- Windows 11
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Office, Teams, Teams Phone, Intune)
- Hardware and desktop applications
- Set-up and relocate workstations (on-site and remote)
- Educate employees on IT best practices
- Support in-office, remote, and customer-site employees across regions
WhatWereLooking For
Experience
- 23 years of experience in IT Support / Help Desk / Service Desk
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience with desktop/laptop imaging and device setup
- A degree or diploma in IT or a related field
