How you will make an impact:
As a Pharmacy Manager at Rexall, you’ll ensure excellence in patient care, customer service, and operational efficiency. Your Patient focused responsibilities will include:
· Provide clinical services
· Offer professional advice on prescriptions and OTC products
· Manage inventory and accurate dispensing of prescriptions
· Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and Rexall policies
· Engage with patients to provide medication counseling and positive interactions
· Ensure proper preparation, packaging, distribution and storage of vaccines, serums, biologicals and other drugs and pharmaceuticals
· Ensure the information on prescriptions is accurate, enter client information in databases and prepare medications for clients
· Support multiple locations in both Colwood and Victoria, BC
How you will succeed:
· Minimum of one (1) year of working experience in a pharmacy environment
· Completion of a Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree
· Licensed as a Pharmacist in British Columbia, Canada
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Availability to work day, evening and weekend shifts
· Ability to support multiple Rexall locations in both Colwood and Victoria, BC
· Have a can-do attitude when tasked with responsibilities
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
