Ivan Armstrong Trucking is currently seeking professional, safety-focused AZ Drivers to join our growing team.
We have opportunities available for:
- Local Ontario Drivers (Home Daily)
- Cross-Border Drivers
- Flatbed Drivers (Ontario-based with cross-border opportunities available)

What We’re Looking For
- Valid AZ Commercial Driver’s License
- Clean Driver’s Abstract and CVOR Abstract
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and professionalism
- Ability to communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
- Flatbed experience (for flatbed applicants) preferred
- Knowledge of proper load securement practices (chains, straps, binders, tarping) for flatbed roles
- Cross-border experience considered an asset
- FAST Card (or ability to obtain) considered an asset for cross-border roles
- Demonstrated knowledge of provincial (MTO) and U.S. (FMCSA/DOT) commercial transportation regulations

Cross-Border Drivers
- 2 to 4-day trips
- Dedicated runs available
- No Hours-of-Service resets required on the road
Flatbed Drivers
- Primarily Ontario-based freight
- Optional cross-border opportunities
- Physical securement and tarping required

The foundation of Ivan Armstrong Trucking remains the same today as it did back in 1969 when Ivan Armstrong began with one truck hauling for local area farmers.

Further, North Wellington Warehousing, a subsidiary of Ivan Armstrong Trucking is a large modern facility together with a large updated heated warehouse with cross docking and storage capabilities.
