Position Overview:
Lambert Nemec Group, Winnipeg's leader in Accounting & Finance recruitment, has partnered with our client in rural Manitoba recruit a Accounts Receivable Administrator. Reporting to the Controller, the Credit & Collections will be responsible in managing the receivable process from setting up customer accounts, credit check & approvals, order entry and collection.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare and send invoices, process deposits and apply payments
· Set up new customer accounts and ensure that all client accounts are updated and maintained.
· Following up with customers regarding payment on account
· Costing reconciliations for completed repair & warranty orders
· Responsible for answering internal and external inquiries for the accounts receivable department.
· Ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
· 2-3 years of accounting experience, particularly in accounts receivable
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting softwares
· Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
· Excellent customer service and oral communication skills
· Ability to working independently and in a team setting
