Hiring Now: SAGD Maintenance Crew – Multiple Trades

FLINT is hiring experienced industrial maintenance professionals for a live SAGD facility in Northern Alberta. We are looking for skilled trades and leaders with oil sands, SAGD, or heavy industrial maintenance experience.
Schedule & Perks
• 7/7 rotation (7 days on / 7 days off)
\n• 12-hour shifts
\n• Camp accommodation provided
\n• $300/week travel pay
\n• Benefits after 300 hours worked
\n• $500 referral bonus for qualified hires
Ideal Experience
• SAGD or oil sands facilities
\n• Live plant / operating facility maintenance
\n• Piping maintenance, valve work, line breaks, mechanical support
\n• Experience working under LOTO and permit systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years industrial or Oil and Gas experience
- Relevant trade certification or supervisory experience depending on the role
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- H2S Alive
- Aerial Work Platform
- Confined Space Entry
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
- Fall Protection
- Standard First Aid
- WHMIS
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Must have own reliable transportation to site.
- Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.
Additional Information
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
