Sommaire du poste :
Relevant du Chef du Bureau de Projets, le/la charg(e) de projets travaille en troite collaboration avec les quipes dintgration (Ingnierie), la production, les ventes, la R&D et la comptabilit. Sa mission principale est dassurer la livraison de projets clients ncessitant des dveloppements spcifiques, tout en grant la relation client et le suivi de lavancement des projets.
Le/la candidat(e) recherch(e) a de trs bonnes capacits de communication, un intrt marqu pour la gestion de projets techniques, de bonnes aptitudes techniques et un souci de la satisfaction de la clientle. Il a de bonnes capacits en rsolution de problme et des aptitudes pour travailler sur plusieurs projets simultanment.
Principales responsabilits:
Dfinition et gestion du projet:
- Collaborer avec lquipe pour dfinir la porte, les exigences, les livrables et les jalons du projet selon les besoins du client.
- Assurer la rpartition claire des tches et la clarification des besoins auprs de chaque membre de lquipe.
Suivi de lavancement et rsolution des problmes:
- Planifier le projet, surveiller ltat davancement, rgler les problmes et appliquer des mesures correctives.
- Mettre jour les comptes-rendus en lien avec les dates, livrables et budgets approuvs.
- Prparer des rapports davancement.
- Assurer la gestion des risques et des changements en vue de la russite du projet et obtenir les approbations pour les changements de budget.
Communication et gestion des parties prenantes:
- Maintenir une communication efficace entre tous les parties prenantes (quipes internes, vendeurs, client).
- Prendre en charge les suivis de projets avec les clients et organiser le transfert des connaissances et la formation.
Votre profil:
- BAC en gnie lectrique ou en gnie logiciel (ou formation/exprience quivalente).
- Minimum de 5 ans dexprience en gestion de projets techniques multidisciplinaires.
- Certification PMP ou quivalence maitrise gestion de projets un atout.
- Capacit dvelopper des plans daction clairs partir dinformations limites.
- Autonomie, motivation, organisation et gestion du temps.
- Leadership et jugement situationnel.
- Comptences interpersonnelles et communicationnelles pour influencer et parvenir un consensus.
- Matrise du franais et de langlais.
- Connaissance approfondie avec : Ms Office, JIRA-plan, Confluence, ERP Dynamics NAV.

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Head of the Project Management Office, the Project Manager works closely with the Integration (Engineering) teams, Production, Sales, R&D, and Accounting. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the successful delivery of customer projects requiring specific developments, while managing customer relationships and tracking project progress.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong interest in technical project management, solid technical abilities, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. They demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Definition and Management:
- Collaborate with the team to define project scope, requirements, deliverables, and milestones based on customer needs.
- Ensure clear task allocation and clarify requirements with each team member.
Project Monitoring and Issue Resolution:
- Plan projects, monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Update project documentation related to approved timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Prepare project status reports.
- Manage risks and change requests to ensure project success, including obtaining approvals for budget changes.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders (internal teams, vendors, and customers).
- Lead project follow-ups with customers and organize knowledge transfer and training.
Your Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering (or equivalent education/experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multidisciplinary technical projects.
- PMP certification or equivalent / Masters degree in Project Management is an asset.
- Ability to develop clear action plans based on limited information.
- Self-motivated, autonomous, well-organized, with strong time management skills.
- Leadership and sound situational judgment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and build consensus.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
- Strong knowledge of: MS Office, JIRA (Plans), Confluence, and Dynamics NAV ERP.
