Job Title: Storeroom Project TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Storeroom Project Technician to join our team. This role involves ensuring the cleanliness and organization of MRO storerooms, implementing effective inventory management processes, and collaborating with team members to meet organizational needs.
Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning of MRO storerooms, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Organize inventory by categorizing items, labeling shelves, and ensuring proper storage practices.
- Assist with implementing a systematic inventory management process, including tracking and reporting stock levels.
- Collaborate with the team to understand their specific needs and preferences regarding storeroom organization.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while working on-site.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of hand tools utilized in the construction of storeroom shelving units.
Essential Skills- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in cleaning, organizing, or facilities management, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Experience with CMMS, reorganizing storerooms, data entry, and inventory management systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Additional training or certification in facilities management or inventory management is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and familiarity with CMMS platforms such as SAP or MaintainX.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Adherence to safety procedures.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment includes industrial and warehouse settings with regular interaction with maintenance teams and suppliers. Tasks are physically demanding, including lifting, organizing materials, and walking throughout storeroom areas. The position is based on the afternoon shift, from 3 pm to 11:30 pm, to align with active maintenance operations. Weekend work may be required across two hangars.
