We’re a growing painting company based in Toronto, and we’re currently hiring full-time painters to join our team immediately.
If you enjoy hands-on work, being outside, and seeing the results of your effort every day, this could be a great fit. We take on a wide variety of residential interior and exterior painting jobs and are looking for dependable, hard-working people who want consistent hours, real training, and opportunities to grow.
Position Details
- Full-time work (40–50 hours per week)
- Weekly pay with performance bonuses
- Piece rate pay up to $50 an hour
Your Responsibilities
- Prep and paint residential homes (interior & exterior)
- Maintain a clean and safe work site
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Take ownership of quality from start to finish
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and hardworking
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Able to follow instructions and work independently when needed
- Comfortable with ladders, outdoor work, and physical labor
- Strong communication and time management skills
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hands-on or labor experience is a plus, but not required
