Position Overview:
Werelooking for experienced, results-driven sales professionals to join our growing By Design Publishing magazine division that produces high-quality, customizable print magazines for real estate professionals across North America. This role is ideal for salespeople comfortable with outbound calling, managing a full sales cycle, and who take pride in consistently hitting their numbers.
In this role,youllconnect directly with real estate agents across Canada and the U.S., presenting a focused marketing solution that helps them grow their business.Youlljoin an existing sales team and receive hands-on leadership and structured coaching that will support your growth and help you maximize your success.
This is a high-activity, in-office role for professionals who value accountability, clear expectations, and a team environment where results are recognized and supported.
What Success Looks Like:
- Consistentlymaintaininga high levelof daily outbound call activity
- Building a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and follow-up
- Confidently managing conversations, handling objections, and closing deals
- Accurately managing orders and CRM data while meeting or exceeding sales targets
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct persuasive, consultative sales presentations over the phone
- Manage the full sales cycle frominitialoutreach toclose
- Proactively prospect new real estate agents while nurturing warm leads
- Identifyclient needs and position customized magazine solutions accordingly
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
- Maintainaccuratecustomerand orderdatain Salesforceto supportefficient sales operations
- Participate in daily huddles, training sessions, and ongoing sales coaching
- Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and best practices
Required Experience and Skills:
- 2+ years of proven phone-based B2B or inside sales experience
- Strong comfort level with cold calling and high outbound call volumes
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage objections effectively
- Experience working toward structured targets and performance metrics
- Proficiencywith CRM systems; Salesforce experience is a strong asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Resilient, competitive, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Coachable mindset with the ability to apply feedback and adapt quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office sales environment
Salary Range: The base salary range for this position starts at $53,000 annually based on relevant experience and skills, with additional uncapped commissions.
