Topa is looking for motivated Security Personnel to join our team in Rocanville. The successful candidate will be responsible for working casual with the Security team at Nutrien.
Position Title:Security Personnel
Location:Rocanville- Nutrien
Hours: Casual
Start Date:Immediate
Closing:Position will remain open until a successful candidate is hired
Responsibilities:
- Manage access cards through the security computer system
- Camera Surveillance
- Monitor the telephone, transferring calls and using the paging system
- Complete weekly fire alarm testing
- Complete weekly inventory and unit checks
- Monitor access gates and parking lots
- Greet customer and register visitors as needed
- Provide basic first aid
- Ensure the protection of people, assets, and property
- Conduct preventive surveillance rounds according to established procedures
- Provide impeccable customer service
- Prevent fire, theft, and vandalism
- Enforce the regulations in effect at the premises
- Write daily reports and incident reports
- Administer Drug and Alcohol Screening
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Security Guard License
- First Aid level C with AED
- Professional deportment
- Proactive, attention to detail, self-motivated and team player
- Above average written, oral communication and computer skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Drivers license and access to a vehicle
- Previous experience in security (asset)
- Must pass a drug and alcohol test
- Valid DATAC license
