Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid/in-office role as Director of Social Strategy based in NYC. The role requires overseeing social media strategies, leading a team to implement innovative campaigns, managing projects, and enhancing the company’s digital presence. The Director will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies that drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and align with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Collaborative, low-ego, and easy to fit into team dynamics. Driven, self-starting, motivated by quality work. Deep native-level fluency across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels. Understands platform algorithms, staying ahead of updates, formats, trends, and user behavior that influence organic content. Experienced in mapping B2B and B2C audience attention and developing social strategies, not just managing accounts. Capable of owning workstreams end-to-end with minimal oversight, from strategy to content. Possesses strong written communication skills and can clearly present ideas to clients and teams.
