Luxor Hair Salon Ltd. in Vancouver, BC, is looking for a competent Hairstyling Salon Manager.

Number of Positions: 1

Work Hours: 30-32.50 hours/week (Full-time)

Wage: C$37.51 per hour

Vacation: 10 days of paid vacation or 4% of gross salary

Work Location: 2173 West 41st Ave., Vancouver, BC V6M 1Z6

Language of Work: English

Requirements:

Completion of secondary education is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in hairstyling is required.
Excellent leadership skills, customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills are required.

Job duties:

Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the hair salon
Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any customer complaints
Plan and develop budget and forecasts
Control inventory and order supplies
Manage advertising and marketing strategies and direct promotional and marketing activities
Recruit, train and supervise staff (5-10 people)
Maintain salon-related records including staff and business records
