POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to theManager,National Projects,you will support the CPFNationals office currentprogrammingforFrench Second Language (FSL).
Your mainresponsibilitieswill be to:
- Support virtual tutoring program, including content review and creation.
- SupportresearchforCPFs50thanniversary
- Supportongoingproject initiatives for concours and events.
- Assistwitharchiving and organizing key documents.
- Perform data entry andmaintainaccuraterecords.
- Assistin updating,editingand enhancingourcommunications activities.
EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS
Studentposition (30hrs/wk)untilfrom May 4th, 2026, to July 10th, 2026.The salary for this position is set at$17,60/hrplusfour (4) percent added to each paycheck.
QUALIFICATIONSAND CORE COMPETENCIES
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary studies.
- A minimum of1year of work experience in the field ofproject administrationin education program development, program evaluation techniques, training delivery, instructional design, particularly as it relatesto French Second Language education or program.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take initiative, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team; comfortable interacting with different stakeholders and building positive working relationships with staff and volunteers.
- Working knowledge of common digital tools, including Microsoft Office applications (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook) and platforms such as Doodle, Canva, Mailchimp, JotForm, and WordPress.
ADDITIONAL CRITERIA
- Candidates must legally be entitled to work in Canada.
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector, member or volunteer-driven organizations, is considered an asset.
- Supports promoting learning of both official languages and a bilingual Canada.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Remote/Hybrid Work Model The CPF Network office allows a remote/hybrid working model for this position according to the CPF National Employee Handbook.
- Theregular office hours are between 8:30AMto 4:30PMEST, Monday to Friday. Theposition may requireworkingonevenings and/orweekends.
- May involve occasional light physical tasks(e.g., lifting office supplies or equipment up to 20lbs).
