Full-time Permanent Hourly Position: Monday to Friday (Expectation for Flexibility)
Compensation: $21 - $24/hour

Reports To: Director of Manufacturing / Team Lead
Position Overview
- To operate digital print production presses/devices to maintain daily production schedule
- Utilize pre-press processes to ensure artwork/files are prepared for efficient production
- Operate other ancillary production equipment to bind/finish and pack print production
Result Areas of the Position:
This is an on-site role.
- Ensure appropriate daily Production Flow to meet Customer Commitments
- ISO 9001 quality control
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a team with positive attitude
- Experience with digital print production processes
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Prepress production including digital prepress
- Post-press finishing of printed materials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to solve problems including use of electronic spreadsheets and word-processing tools
- Knowledge of production or graphic design for print
Activities and Tasks:
- Reading work orders and utilize training and processes to schedule and complete work
- Operate software to maximize production efficiency
- Operating Digital production process including first level troubleshooting
- Post Press Finishing and Packaging
- Guillotine paper cutters
- Collating, Drilling and UV Coating
- Business card slitting
- Scoring and packaging
- Assist in equipment maintenance and first level trouble-shotting
- Production reporting
- Understand and importance of and operate within workflow processes
- Requesting maintenance and service of equipment using internal or external resources
