Were looking for reliable, hardworking Landscape Maintenance Crew Members and Team Leaders to help prepare, plant, and maintain beautiful, healthy landscapes across our commercial client properties. Youll work as part of a mobile crew using professional tools and equipment to complete horticultural work safely and efficiently while delivering high-quality results.

What Youll Do
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and perennials and maintain garden beds
- Prune, deadhead, weed, edge, mulch, and water landscaped areas
- Perform seasonal work including spring planting and fall cleanups, cutting back plants, and leaf removal
- Remove debris, dead foliage, and garbage to keep sites clean and professional
- Safely operate landscaping tools such as blowers, trimmers, mowers, hedge trimmers, rakes, shovels, and rototillers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Support site safety by identifying hazards and following PPE and company safety standards
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Detail-oriented and able to notice plant health, weeds, and presentation needs
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willing to learn new horticultural skills and follow direction
- Safety-focused and respectful of equipment and surroundings
- Valid G drivers license preferred (G2 required; needed for advancement into driving roles)

Work Conditions
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Early mornings and occasional weekends as required
- Landscaping or horticulture experience is an asset but not required
- Full year-round employment opportunities, including snow removal in winter months
