What youll do here:
- Drive sales of HVAC equipment (Carel Humidifiers, RuppAir Rooftops, Cancoil, Bulldog Heat Pumps)
- Take ownership of the applied equipment portfolio and grow the book of business
- Develop and maintain relationships with mechanical contractors, facility managers, and building owners
- Identify and pursue retrofit, replacement, and service-related opportunities
- Provide technical product recommendations based on customer application requirements
- Prepare quotations, pricing, and proposals for parts and smaller project opportunities
- Manage opportunities from initial inquiry through quotation, order placement, and follow-up
- Support contractors with pricing, product selection, and application guidance
- Maintain consistent pipeline activity and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Represent the company through customer meetings, site visits, and ongoing account development
The experience you bring:
- 3+ years of HVAC sales or mechanical industry experience.
- Bachelors degree in engineering or similar are a strong asset.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and applied equipment.
- Experience working with consulting engineers and the specification process.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a project-based sales cycle.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
