Compensation: $50,000 – $75,000+ base (based on experience) + uncapped commission + car allowance + full benefits
🌎 About the Opportunity We are expanding our International Freight Forwarding Sales team and hiring
Sales Executives across Ontario and Quebec.
This is a growth-driven opportunity for sales professionals at various stages of their careers — from early-stage business developers looking to build expertise in global logistics to seasoned freight-forwarding professionals ready to close complex, high-value strategic accounts.
You will play a key role in driving new business, expanding market presence, and delivering customized international logistics solutions across air and ocean freight.
🧩 What We’re Looking ForJunior Level (1–3 Years Experience)- Background in sales or client-facing roles
- Strong prospecting and business development mindset
- Organized, resilient, and coachable
- Exposure to logistics or freight forwarding is an asset
- CRM familiarity (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Mid-Level (3–5 Years Experience)- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in logistics or supply chain
- Proven ability to manage accounts and close opportunities
- Strong negotiation and pricing fundamentals
- Comfortable managing portions of the sales cycle independently
- Established freight-forwarding sales background (air or ocean required)
- Pricing, margin, and contract negotiation skills
🎯 Key Responsibilities (Scope Based on Experience Level)- Prospect, qualify, and develop new freight forwarding business opportunities
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline with accurate CRM tracking and forecasting
- Lead discovery calls to understand client logistics needs and pain points
- Develop customized air and ocean freight solutions (import/export, routing, customs)
- Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and participate in RFP processes
- Negotiate contracts and drive margin-focused growth
- Build long-term executive-level relationships with strategic accounts
- Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service to ensure seamless onboarding and service execution
- Participate in weekly pipeline and performance reviews with Sales Leadership
