Administrative / Marketing Manager
Arborcorp Tree Experts – Milton, ON (servicing the GTA)
We're a growing tree care company looking for an Administrative / Marketing Manager to join our team! If you're organized, proactive, and like working independently while helping a business grow, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the first point of contact for customers (calls, messages, general inquiries)
- Answer incoming and outgoing calls and assist customers
- Handle invoicing, accounts receivable & payable, and reconciliations
- Assist with HST filings, payroll support, and WSIB administration
- Help uphold health & safety standards and keep documentation organized
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and municipalities
- Assist with arborist reports and related documentation
- Manage office supplies, facility needs, and company licenses
- Help with marketing campaigns and seasonal promos
- Create and schedule social media content
- Update the website and assist with email marketing
- Respond to reviews and online messages
- Keep things organized (calendars, customer info, reports)
- Help take and organize job site photos/videos
- Use AI tools to make day-to-day tasks faster and more efficient
- Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service experience
- Ability to handle filing systems efficiently and proofread documents accurately
- Familiarity with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems

Nice to Have
- CorelDRAW or design experience
- QuickBooks knowledge
- Experience with CRM systems (Jobber, Arborgold, etc.)
- Some knowledge of tree services (pruning, removals, etc.)
